All Nations Community Centre and the NHS in Gloucestershire are supporting Know Your Numbers, a campaign from Blood Pressure UK. The Know Your Numbers team will be visit the Ebony Community Carers group on Wednesday 6th September 2023, to offer blood pressure checks.
